Notes
- Skirtings & Architraves – dimensions on open ended drawings are the profile width and the thickness of timber it was designed to be used on. These can be machined on your required size section of timber.
- All other profiles are the overall dimension shown on the drawing and can mainly only be machined to these sizes.
- Common Profiles – we have a large selection of cutters ready to machine rebates, grooves, rounds (internal & external), bullnoses, T&G’s, bevels, chamfers, etc, please enquire with your requirements.
How to order
Look through the above files and choose the profile(s) you require. Email us with the profile(s) required, quantity (metre run or number of pieces and lengths), what timber you would like it and postcode for delivery (if required). We will come back to you with a quote.
Bespoke mouldings
If you can’t find what you need in our production mouldings or need something special, we have a bespoke moulding service.
Email sales@dwwood.co.uk a diagram of what you want (*.bmp, *.pdf, *.dxf, *.dwg) with dimensions or an indication of scale. You can also send us a sample of the moulding you need copied and we will accurately reproduce it.

Our manufacturing process
We draw up profiles in our CAD room and produce templates with a CNC template maker. All cutters are ground in-house by highly skilled staff. Mouldings are run on a Weinig Profimat 26 Super to a very high quality finish.
